If you are a utility company or developer looking to excavate the highway then you will need a licence to excavate and/or repair install plant. Further information can be found on these pages.

Who can use this service:

Must have a utility status or be accredited and insured to work on the public highway.

Charges:

Licences are £180 which must be paid in advance.
