Payment of parking tickets
Payment for parking in the city is usually available at the car park or at the roadside parking machines. There is also a service provided for paying parking tickets (sometimes referred to as a Penalty Charge Notice - PCN). This page gives you information on how you can pay your parking ticket.
Charges:
PCN Charge £70 or £50 discounted to £35 or £25 if paid within 14 days. Please see the Park Right document on the right of this page for a full breakdown of the two tier PCN charging system and the relevant contraventions.
Ways To Pay:
You can pay your parking fine in the following ways: - By Online - By phone using a credit card - By cheque or postal order made payable to Southampton City Council and sent to Representations Team, PO BOX 1105, Southampton, SO14 7YG. - In person at the Cash Office, Civic Centre, Southampton which is open Mon, Tues and Thurs 08:30am - 16:30pm. Wed 09:30 - 16:30. Fri 08:30 - 16:00. At the Gateway, Civic Centre Mon, Tue, Fri 08:30 - 17:30, Wed 09:30 - 17:30 and Thur 08:30 - 19:00.

Parking ticket appeals
