Details of service:
Our staff meet and greet approximately 250 customers entering the main foyer area of the Civic Centre each day. They also manage the diary for meeting rooms and equipment bookings. Switchboard staff provide telephone answering facilities for all Council services, receiving approximately 800 calls per day.
