The Leader of the Council and the Cabinet
The leader of the council is elected every year at the annual meeting of the council. The leader then appoints a cabinet of between two and nine members.
Council and Committees
Councillors are appointed to serve on Council committees and panels and to represent the Council on a range of other organisations and working groups.
