A full description of the decision-making system can be found in the Council's Constitution, available at your local Library or on the website.
All key decisions that are to be made by the Cabinet or Cabinet Members will appear in the Forward Plan.

The Forward Plan contains a forecast of Executive Decisions to be taken over a 4 month period.
