What you told us

The following list contatins some of the things you said to us:

• There is a small problem for some visitors accessing some areas of the Civic Centre.

• We maintained the high levels of satisfaction for staff greeting, the way we dealt with your enquiries, our appearance and helpfulness.

• People were significantly more satisfied with the level of staff knowledge and staff friendliness.

• Always rated lowest in terms of the appearance of the waiting area, Cumberland scores have dropped even further this year in terms of seating and lighting. The scores for cleanliness have improved.

• There was an improvement in the ratings of offices for privacy, ease of communication and efficiency.
