Civic Buildings Accessibility Survey
In October we carried out an annual survey of visitors and customers to our civic offices in the town centre. We asked how happy visitors are with staff and the building’s receptions and facilities. In total we interviewed over 350 people and we’ve published the results. Click one of the following links to find out more.
