Freedom of information disclosure log

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 ('the Act') came info force on the 1st January 2005 and gives the right to request information held by public authorities. Anyone has the right to ask public authorities for any information they hold, including people living abroad, non-UK citizens, journalists, political parties, lobby groups and commercial organisations.

The disclosure logs give a summary of the information requested for each month since January 2007.For each request received an outline of the extent of disclosure is also given, for example, full disclosure, partial disclosure or that the information is not held by the City Council.
