If you are contacting Social Services as an adult, or on behalf of an adult, who you feel may be in need of our support, you can reach us on:

For urgent enquiries outside these hours call 023 8023 3344.

If you have had regular contact with Social Services in the past, we may put you in touch with someone you already know, or we may be able to help immediately over the phone. We can also direct you to other services within the city.
