How we can help you make a complaint
If you want to complain in person, but have a disability that prevents you from doing so, we can visit you or decide together what the best way to proceed is.
If you want to ask a friend, a relative, local councillor or MP to make a complaint for you, we will be happy for them to contact us.
If you want to make a complaint in person, you may bring a friend or relative with you. We'll be happy to meet with them too.
The Corporate Complaints Officer can provide a translation, audio tape, large print or Braille version of the Your Views Count feedback form. If you need an interpreter or signer, we can make the arrangements.
