Neighbourhood Involvement helps local people work together to build strong communities where everyone is valued and involved. We support local people who want to make a difference to where they live.
Events gallery
Throughout the year Neighbourhood Involvement host, support and help local groups, agencies and Southampton City Council departments organise community events. In 2008 we have been involved in many, including Ropewalk Community Festival and Family Fun Day, Newtown Employment Fair & Fun day and Harefield Environment Day. Through these events we aim to:
- Involve people locally
- Recruit volunteers for new and existing community groups
- Give local people a voice
- Promote the Neighbourhood Involvement service and how we can help you
