Accessible Communication Project

We are trying to make the way we keep in touch with all our customers better. The Accessible communications project will help us to do this, especially with our customers who have special requirements.

Accessible Buildings

We have a legal duty to make sure our services and buildings can be accessed by disabled people. This means we must take all reasonable steps to change anything that might stop customers using our services.
