Not In My Neighbourhood Week

The Safe City Partnership joined the national ‘Not in my Neighbourhood’ week on 13th to 26th October 2008, resulting in a very successful week of events and publicity.

‘NOT IN MY NEIGHBOURHOOD’ is an annual multi-agency campaign aimed at raising awareness of action taken in neighbourhoods to reduce and prevent crime and anti-social behaviour.

Even though the event has now ended for this year, the Safe City Partnership are dedicated to maintaining the good work and keeping the city a safe place to live.

• You can still find out on these pages what your local services are doing to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour in your neighbourhood.

• You and everyone in your neighbourhood can still play an important part in helping to reduce and prevent crime and anti-social behaviour. Find out here, how you can report crime, volunteer your time in crime prevention activities like Neighbourhood Watch or have your say in the way services in the City work to fight crime and anti-social behaviour.
