Customers wishing to extend their loans can do so in a number of different ways

Details of service:
To extend loans online customers should click on Your library details and extending loans and choose quick renew, then enter your library card number and PIN and follow the on screen instructions. This service is available 24 hours, seven days a week. PINs can be obtained in person from any library.
When extending loans by telephone customers should have their library card handy and use the dedicated number 023 8083 2597
Loans can be extended at any library, just present your library card or the library items.
You can extend your loans as often as you want, provided items are not reserved by another library customer. We will ask you to return any reserved items.
Videos/DVDs/music CDs loans cannot be extended and must be returned at the end of the hire period. Items not returned will be subject to a re-hire charge.
