The group fitness programme offers a great selection of training initiatives.

Classes are designed to be varied, exhilarating, and most importantly fun! Some classes are aimed at working specific body areas, while others give a great all over body workout. There are classes that will make you sweat while others ease your mind and help you relax.
As part of their BTS (Body Training System) schedule, Bitterne have recently started hosting BodyCombat classes - which is a non contact martial arts based fitness class that provides an exhilarating experience!
