4-6 Somerset Avenue - Atlantic Housing Limited. Development comprises of sixteen 2 bedroom flats all for Keyworker intermediate rent.
Oceana Boulevard - Swaythling Housing Society. Development comprises of thirty units under the new First Time Buyers Initiative.
