Home maintenance help - Handy Person
(Also known as: Handy Person Service)
The Handy Persons scheme is a partnership between Southampton City Council and Wessex Property Services. It provides a free or low cost service to carry out minor repairs to homes for home occupiers over 60, and certain other residents living within the city. There is also a criteria and an assessment requirement. Our Handy Person can carry out simple maintenance tasks you may be unable to do yourself - from changing a light bulb to fixing a broken step.
