This service provides advice and guidance on buildings included on the Buildings at Risk Register, including compiling the register and engaging with architects and developers to repair these buildings and bring them back into use.
Buildings at Risk can range from derelict shells, to vacant buildings whose condition or future is uncertain. The Buildings at Risk Register is maintained and updated by the Historic Environment Team.
